Who Are We?
Revenue Cycle Rx is a full-service practice management intelligence and automation company. We provide software, services, and consulting to help increase profitability for healthcare providers.
We are headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area and have been in the healthcare business for more than 30 years. Our team consists of business management consultants and software experts trained in Fortune 100 companies, certified medical billing, coding, and collection professionals trained in a wide variety of specialties.

Meet the Founder
Our founder, Pinaki Ray, has 30+ years of experience in the healthcare business working with Providers, Payers, and Patients. He has held executive roles in large healthcare companies like Change Healthcare (now part of Optum), J&J, Roche, GE Healthcare, and Honeywell. He started his career in medical device R&D for cardiac surgery and interventional cardiology and then built cloud-based software for digital health including chronic care management and telemedicine. He has worked closely with Surgeons, Cardiologists, Endocrinologists, Oncologists, and primary care physicians for many years. He has managed software and services for hospitals, surgery centers, and outpatient clinics.
Pinaki managed the revenue cycle management products for Change Healthcare (Optum) and helped pioneer their web-based Patient Access (Eligibility & Benefits Verification, Price Estimation) products for hospitals. He is well-versed in FFS and VBC models.
He is a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and the American Medical Billing Association (AMBA).
Pinaki holds several patents, Master of Science degrees in Engineering and Management, and an MBA from Wharton. He started Revenue Cycle Rx to help providers maximize their profitability.
